THE “DATA CONTROLLER”
Following the consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "Controller" of their processing is Marco Galli, domiciled at via Pontaccio 10, 20121 Milan (MI), e-mail marco.galli@marcogalli.biz.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned office of Marco Galli and at the offices of other third parties that offer outsourcing services. Occasionally, maintenance operations may be carried out by "third-party" technical personnel, specifically authorized.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These are pieces of information that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment.
These data are used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data voluntarily provided by the user

OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms or otherwise specified in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informational material or other communications.
Failure to provide them may result in the impossibility of obtaining what is requested.
METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. Marco Galli has adopted all the minimum security measures required by law. Marco Galli, inspired by the main international standards, has also adopted additional security measures to minimize the risks related to the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the personal data collected and processed.
SHARING, COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
The data collected may be transferred or communicated to other companies for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the service, such as the management of the IT system. The personal data provided by users who submit requests for the sending of informational material (brochures, informational material, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of carrying out the requested service or performance and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose (companies that provide envelope stuffing, labeling, shipping services). Outside of these cases, personal data will not be communicated or granted to anyone, except as provided by contract or with the authorization of the parties involved. In this sense, personal data may be transmitted to third parties, but only and exclusively in the event that: a) there is explicit consent to share the data with third parties; b) it is necessary to share information with third parties in order to provide the requested service; c) it is necessary to comply with requests from Judicial Authorities or Public Security. No data deriving from the web service is disseminated.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
The regulations on the protection of personal data expressly provide certain rights for the individuals to whom the data refer (so-called data subjects). In particular, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, each data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data concerning them exists, to obtain information on the origin, purposes, and methods of processing, the updating, rectification, and integration of the data, as well as their deletion if processed unlawfully or if one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 exists.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Marco Galli periodically reviews his privacy and security policies and, if necessary, revises them in relation to regulatory, organizational, or technological changes. In case of policy changes, the new version will be published on this page of the website.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Court of Milan (MI) (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute in any way connected to these conditions. The Owner reserves the right to seek urgent remedies before any court, including abroad, to protect its interests and enforce its rights.
